The Proimpact Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-3625379) registered in the United States and in good standing with the IRS.

 

Our mission: to evolve and rebrand the nonprofit sector into a more modern “proimpact sector” that is more capable of making the world a better place at scale.

 

Funds raised via grants, donations, or programs like the Google Ad Grants will be used to create free and distribute free programs and resources for nonprofit leaders, in keeping with for our charitable purpose, as defined by Article III of our bylaws: to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations in the United States by providing informative resources and support to nonprofit leaders.
